Role: Junior Software Engineer, pair programmingFull interview loop

Three rounds for an early-career software engineer: two coding rounds, one of them in pairs, and a behavioral interview.

3 rounds · 3 h

For a team hiring someone early in their career, where how they learn and work with others matters as much as what they already know. Coding is scored twice, alone and then in pairs, and collaboration is scored twice, in the pairing round and in the behavioral interview.

There is no system design round. At this level a design discussion mostly measures what a candidate has been exposed to, not how they think.
