Questions
- What counts as an open role?
- A position you are hiring for, with its interview loop attached: the rounds, the plan for each one, the candidates in it and their interviews. Archive it when the hire is made — the app’s own word for it — and it stops counting.
- Why would a team move off Free?
- Because it has a second role open. Free runs one loop at a time, for up to ten people. Team runs three at once, with no ceiling on who interviews, and the fourth role is $25 a month rather than a new plan.
- What is an AI candidate screening?
- A read of one candidate against the role you are hiring for, which is the one thing here that costs real money to run. Everything else AI does in Hirezen — suggesting questions for a round, drafting a write-up from your marks — is unmetered on every plan.
- Is anything held back from the free plan?
- No feature is. Interview rounds, booking, the questions library, AI-drafted write-ups and the debrief where the panel compares reads are on every plan, because a free tier that cannot run a whole loop cannot show you what you would be buying.
